Go to your layer palette again, and now you want to duplicate this layer of the flower two times. It should be called layer three in your palette. After you duplicate it twice you will have a total of six layers in the layer palette, layer 1, copy of layer 1, copy of copy of layer 1, layer 3, copy of layer 3 and copy of copy of layer 3.
Click on copy of layer 3 in your layer palette and then go to image, rotate. Rotate right 15 degrees and make sure that the box next to all layers IS NOT CHECKED.
Now click on copy of copy of layer 3 and then go to image/rotate and rotate right 30 degrees. don't forget to save your work. Now we are going to put the image together so we can animate it in animation shop in what I call the easy way. This is what your layer palette should look like right now..
